Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OpenClawInstaller.ai services, including managed OpenClaw cloud hosting, on-site setup, ship-in setup, and related support services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

OpenClawInstaller.ai provides managed deployment and installation services for OpenClaw. Services may include cloud-based hosted environments, on-site installation, and ship-in device setup depending on the plan you select.

We provide best-effort operational support and maintenance, but services are offered on an "as available" basis.

2. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

OpenClawInstaller.ai operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. You are responsible for supplying and managing your own third-party API keys.

  • You are solely responsible for the validity, permissions, and security of your API keys.
  • You are responsible for all usage charges billed by your LLM/API providers.
  • We are not responsible for third-party provider outages, suspensions, policy actions, or pricing changes.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and current account and billing information.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining account security.
  • You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents.
  • You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly billing for the selected service plan until canceled.

  • Cloud Plans: No refunds after payment โ€” your agent remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • On-Site & Ship-In Services: All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of service.

5. Service Levels

We aim to maintain reliable service, but we do not provide a guaranteed uptime SLA unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Maintenance windows, provider outages, internet issues, and force majeure events may affect availability.

6. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, or use our services for unlawful activity. Additional rules are described in our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClawInstaller.ai and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, or behavior that creates legal or operational risk.

Upon termination, your right to access services ends immediately, and we may delete hosted service data after a reasonable retention period.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and post the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
