Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what is and is not permitted when using OpenClawInstaller.ai services. It is designed to protect customers, infrastructure, and third-party providers.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use OpenClawInstaller.ai for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.

  • Illegal activity, fraud, or facilitation of criminal conduct
  • Harassment, threats, doxxing, stalking, or abuse of individuals or groups
  • Spam campaigns, phishing, malware distribution, or unauthorized access attempts
  • Any use that violates privacy, intellectual property, or applicable regulations

2. Reverse Engineering and Resale Restrictions

  • You may not reverse engineer, copy, exploit, or attempt to extract proprietary platform components.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or provide shared commercial access to our managed service without written permission.

3. API Key Responsibility (BYOK)

You are fully responsible for API keys and provider accounts you connect to the service.

  • You must secure your keys and rotate/revoke compromised credentials promptly.
  • You are responsible for all API usage charges and overages from your providers.
  • You must ensure your API key usage complies with your provider agreements.

4. Resource Limits and Fair Use

Cloud resources are shared and managed to provide stable performance for all customers.

  • Excessive or abusive compute, network, or storage usage may be limited.
  • Workloads that degrade platform performance or reliability may be throttled or suspended.
  • Customers may be required to upgrade plans if ongoing usage materially exceeds fair-use expectations.

5. Compliance with LLM Provider Terms

You must comply with the policies and terms of all AI/LLM providers whose APIs you use through OpenClawInstaller.ai, including content rules, safety policies, and prohibited use restrictions.

6. Violations and Enforcement

If we detect a violation of this AUP, we may take action without prior notice, including:

  • Requesting corrective action
  • Temporarily suspending service access
  • Terminating service for severe or repeated violations
  • Reporting unlawful activity to relevant authorities when required
